What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest. JPG, SVG and PDF work too. Aim for at least 2000 pixels wide so it stays sharp.
What if my design isn't ready?
Add your idea in the notes, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team can design it for you for AED 25.
Will you check my design before printing?
Yes. We look at every file before it prints. If the quality or placement needs a tweak, we message you first.
